My name is Simeon Hardy and I am the founder of Box with Simmy. As a 10 year world class professional boxer with 20 years ring experience, I've learned every bit of the sport. My passion for fitness comes from the sport of boxing which helps me to condition myself physically, mentally and emotionally in order to become my best self. I’ve provided a range of fitness training schemes that are custom-tailored to suit my clients, and I’ve watched with increasing interest as each of them discovered the warrior that was dormant within, punch after punch.
