BWS FAMILY TRAINING
Parents are role models for their children, from a tender age we teach them that nutrition is important and encourage them to eat fruit & vegetable so that they can grow strong and healthy.
Bws family accommodates Parents & children for training, this will help their minds to become conditioned and likely foster a relationship with fitness from a tender age.
The 60 minutes will include.

Warm up.

Stretching.

Strength and conditioning.

(Positive reinforcement) challenge

Boxing.
-
Obstacles course challenge.

Cool down.
